You will own development and maintenance tasks within the mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews of mainframe applications to ensure quality and standard adherence.
• Perform reverse engineering to identify data sources and trace data flow within systems.
• Analyze and interpret complex data structures and associated business logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing mainframe applications.
• Document technical findings and propose optimizations for system improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer.
• Expert proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Proven experience with mainframe data structures and IBM Db2.
• Strong ability to perform code reviews and reverse engineering.
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing complex data structures and business logic.
• Experience working with Mainframe TSO and Mainframe JCL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams.
