You will design, analyze, and code mainframe applications for a retail context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and code complex applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Implement automation to improve development and operational workflows.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in design, analysis, and coding with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Experience with automation.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management protocols.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Retail business domain knowledge.
