Responsibilities

• Design and improve software using advanced development toolsets.
• Manage infrastructure components and track dependencies within various systems.
• Implement risk controls and maintain compliance with departmental standards.
• Collaborate with teams to manage technological and operational changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and support.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-based applications (AWS).
• Knowledge of RDBMS, DB2, or Cassandra.
• Understanding of infrastructure components and change management.
• Experience with risk and controls landscapes.
• Ability to manage budget and financial business cases.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Mainframe skills including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, or CICS.
