Description

You develop and maintain enterprise applications using Mainframe, ADABAS, and Natural technologies while ensuring system stability and timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using ADABAS, Mainframe, and Natural.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize end-user disruption.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development best practices.
• Manage project timelines and meet defined deliverables while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe application development.
• Hands-on experience with ADABAS database.
• Proficiency in Natural programming language.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with JCL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
