You will lead technical efforts in mainframe modernization and legacy migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for legacy migration and mainframe modernization workflows.
• Execute migrations across On-Prem, Azure Cloud, and Microfocus environments.
• Develop automation tools and problem statements using Python.
• Design team compositions for large-scale migration projects.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Mainframe and Java modernization.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, and MQ.
• Hands-on experience with Java FSD.
• Strong Python skills for automation development.
• Direct experience working within a Legacy Migration Center of Excellence (LMCOE).
• Proven track record of migrating systems from On-Prem to Azure or Microfocus.
