Description

You will develop and maintain core mainframe applications, ensuring efficient operation of central processing systems through updates and enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL or Assembler.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for software applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and system engineers to align solutions with business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and support documentation.
• Tune application performance for optimal efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL.
• Proficiency with Mainframe Db2.
• Experience with CICS.
• Ability to write and maintain Assembler code.
• Experience in performance tuning applications.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
