Description

You will design, code, test, and debug applications on mainframe systems to support business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Perform thorough software testing and debug issues to ensure system stability.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly while working independently.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe application development.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 database systems.
• Proven ability to perform thorough software testing and debugging.
• Experience conducting effective code reviews and enforcing standards.
