Description

You will lead end-to-end mainframe development projects and manage the delivery of technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Lead development efforts and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the mainframe environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Mainframe Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Proven experience leading mainframe development teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience in client-facing roles or onsite engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to mainframe modernization initiatives.
