Description

Develop and maintain mainframe applications for cash and securities transfers across multiple lines of business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for mainframe applications with significant autonomy.
• Maintain system stability and provide technical support for production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing mainframe systems.
• Collaborate with product development and systems management teams on application modules.
• Provide on-call support for mainframe infrastructure and transmission services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of mainframe development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in COBOL, CICS, and JCL.
• Hands-on experience with TSO, MQ, SORT, and VSAM files.
• Proficiency with DB2 and Control-M for scheduling and management.
• Experience using File-Aid for data management and Endevor for module implementation.
• Knowledge of mainframe transmissions via Direct Connect (NDM) and Axway SFTP.
• Familiarity with Easytrieve for reporting and data processing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
