Description

Manage and develop database systems and batch processes within a mainframe environment. Own the lifecycle of data operations in IDMS and Oracle, ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain batch processes using JCL.
• Manage data integrity within IDMS and Oracle environments.
• Utilize Vega Web Services to ensure integrated system functionality.
• Execute and monitor batch processing and system tasks.
• Maintain and optimize existing mainframe applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IDMS (Integrated Database Management System).
• Proficiency in Oracle database management.
• Expertise in JCL (Job Control Language) for job scheduling.
• Experience with Vega Web Services integration.
• Working knowledge of COBOL.
• Experience with SAS.
• Proficiency in VSAM, SPF, and TSO/ISPF.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in COBOL//Z/OS mainframe environments.
• Knowledge of ADS/O, IDD, ADSC, MAPC, DDDL, DMLO, OLP, PFCH, and DME.
