Description

You will support and enhance mainframe applications for a cruise reservation system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance mainframe applications within an ITIL-based service management framework.
• Maintain and update online and batch processes.
• Resolve system issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate using ServiceNow and Jira to manage tasks and service requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Mainframe experience.
• Proficiency with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
• Experience with CICS and JCL procedures.
• Working knowledge of XML and APIs.
• Basic IBM z/OS navigation skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Background in the Travel and Hospitality domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on support and enhancement projects.
