Description

You will lead the development and expansion of small business card processes, focusing on rewriting mainframe data pulls for the Falcon product authorization system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team members, overseeing their technical deliverables.
• Design, code, and test complex mainframe programs to meet client requirements.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
• Manage large volume processing with high availability requirements.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL and CICS.
• Proficiency with DB2, including 5+ years of strong database experience.
• Extensive experience with JCL, VSAM, and IMS DB/DC.
• Hands-on experience with Netron, z/OS Debugger, and DFSORT.
• Strong analytical and system design skills.
• Proven leadership experience coordinating technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REXX.
• Experience with SAS.
