Description

You will maintain stability for over 120 mainframe and distributed applications, managing approximately 12 million monthly batch runs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remediate batch failures in collaboration with application support teams to meet strict SLAs.
• Monitor batch processes using appropriate tools and manage delays through formal escalation paths.
• Oversee vendors during data center break/fix events and scheduled changes.
• Maintain application stability across high-volume batch environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development and support.
• Proficiency with COBOL and IBM CICS.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DB2 and VSAM.
• Experience using IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
• Working knowledge of BMC tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
