Description

You will develop, test, and support mainframe applications in a production environment. You own the full lifecycle from design to production maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical designs, programming logic, and workflows based on requirements from leads.
• Write, document, and execute unit tests to ensure smooth transitions to System Testing and UAT.
• Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and industry naming conventions.
• Prepare requirements and design documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Support production operations and maintenance as required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer.
• Extensive experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and IDMS.
• Proficiency with ADDSO and Culprit.
• Proven expertise in application design and development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain quality control throughout the management process.
• Experience working independently or within a team structure.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to manufacturing environments.
