Mainframe Developer

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex application software within the Hogan Banking Systems ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain banking applications using Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, and CICS.
• Support implementation, deployment, and production stabilization for Hogan Systems modules (IDS/CIS/RPM/ILP/ODS/PAS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure quality deliverables aligned with banking domain standards.
• Apply sound knowledge of the banking and financial domain to drive technical solutions.
• Ensure robust application performance and stability within the legacy infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Mainframe application development.
• Proficient in COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, and CICS.
• Demonstrated experience with Hogan Banking Systems (IDS, CIS, RPM, ILP, ODS, or PAS).
• Strong understanding of the Banking and Financial domain.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team structure.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with production stabilization and deployment processes.
• Deep expertise in at least one specific Hogan Systems module.
