Description

You will develop and maintain applications within a mainframe environment, owning the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software using COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
• Write and manage JCL scripts for batch processing.
• Debug complex code and resolve technical issues.
• Apply IT security concepts throughout the development process.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with CICS.
• Strong knowledge of DB2.
• Ability to write and execute JCL.
• Solid understanding of mainframe technologies.
• Proven expertise in debugging and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of IT security concepts.
