Description

You will design and develop large-scale software solutions, extending existing platforms through custom development and integration. You will own the release pipeline, from coding and testing to documentation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, document, and implement application release projects.
• Implement payment services across multiple countries using hardware and software solutions.
• Build enterprise transaction-based systems with a focus on recovery, stability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Program Management and Quality Control teams to meet project schedules.
• Communicate technical and functional specifications clearly and notify managers of project risks or bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application design and development experience.
• Expertise in COBOL and CICS.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Application Integration development.
• Proficiency with integration technologies, specifically IBM MQ or similar.
• Experience in application management and building transaction-based systems.
• Background in the financial industry.
• Demonstrated technical and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to document technical and functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the payments domain and payment flows.
• Knowledge of code quality, testability, and reliability improvements.
