Description

You will lead technical activities and development within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and create or review technical designs.
• Provide pseudo code to the team and assign or review technical tasks.
• Mentor individual developers and oversee project activities.
• Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for mainframe applications.
• Collaborate within a global delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
• 8-10 years of experience with COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
• Extensive experience with DB2, including Stored Procedures, Native SP, and SQL.
• 8-10 years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with IMSDB and SQL.
• Strong analytical and design skills.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
