Description

You will develop and support mainframe applications within the payments domain. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement application changes using COBOL.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write and execute unit test scenarios to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve technical issues.
• Optimize application performance for efficient resource use.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Application Development.
• Hands-on proficiency with COBOL.
• Strong experience with JCL.
• Experience with VSAM.
• Experience with Db2.
• Knowledge of Mainframe Utilities and CICS.
• Understanding of the full software lifecycle including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to pass a mandatory coding test.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Payments or Cards domain.
