Description

You will develop, maintain, and lead mainframe solutions within the financial services domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain COBOL, JCL, and CICS modules to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business functions and data discrepancies to identify mainframe and distributed platform solutions.
• Lead a small team of offshore consultants and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Drive technology solution development across the SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
• Perform code reviews with other team leads and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Experience working within an onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Ability to manage offshore teams and collaborate with global IT, Ops, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience with industry-standard source control systems.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience providing SME-level guidance throughout the SDLC.
