Description

You will manage mainframe development tasks from initial planning through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues within the mainframe environment.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across different organizations to support project goals.
• Report key project milestones in coordination with Agile Release Train Engineers and agile teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL and JCL.
• Experience with CICS and DB2.
• Hands-on work with z/OS, z/VM, z/Linux, or IBM System z platforms.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Proficiency with mainframe software development tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
