Description

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on mainframe and AS400 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and support programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CL, and RPG.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform debugging, testing, and production support for existing systems.
• Manage batch jobs, file processing, and data integration processes.
• Support system upgrades, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with mainframe technologies.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with IBM AS400/iSeries technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and file transfer processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
