Description

You will manage production support and incident resolution within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business-raised issues to identify root causes and provide findings to development teams for fixes.
• Monitor system alerts and take timely action to maintain stability.
• Lead calls with business stakeholders during major incidents to communicate status and ongoing resolutions.
• Coordinate with project teams, Scrum teams, PMOs, and technical stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Manage batch support and job scheduling tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Mainframe production support.
• Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and JCL.
• Experience with CICS and Mainframe infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with OPC scheduler and batch support.
• Ability to apply complex analytical and problem-solving techniques to technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
