Description

You will develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programs using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Write and optimize DB2 SQL queries, cursors, and handle various SQLCODEs.
• Develop screens using CICS and manage data processing with SORT commands.
• Utilize mainframe tools for file management and version control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Proficiency with CICS screen development.
• Experience with VSAM and TSO/ISPF.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 SQL and cursors.
• Hands-on experience with SORT commands.
• Working knowledge of MQ series.
• Experience with Changeman or Endevor.
• Proficiency with File-AID, SPUFI, and Trace Master.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing DB2 Stored Procedures.
