Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale COBOL applications within the IBM Mainframe ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise software applications and enhancements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to translate them into scalable Mainframe solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on system enhancements and modernization initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on IBM Mainframe technologies.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and TSO/ISPF.
• Experience with ChangeMan, Topaz, and IBM Mainframe development tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API Management tools.
• Knowledge of Git and BitBucket.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
