Description

Lead a team of developers to design, build, and implement mainframe applications while ensuring technical standards and system integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team of mainframe developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within mainframe applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate mainframe applications with external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and CICS.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end mainframe development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage a technical team.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe application optimization and performance tuning.
• Ability to propose technical solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
