Description

You will develop and maintain applications across mainframe and distributed modern software engineering stacks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
• Manage job scheduling and change management processes within the mainframe environment.
• Execute full stack application development using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Integrate microservices, APIs, and event-based processes like Kafka.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including product backlog refinement and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
• 5+ years of IBM Mainframe experience and systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with File-Aid, IBM Debug, IBM Fault Analyzer, and SORT.
• 3+ years of experience with Job Schedule Management (ZEKE, Control-M) and Change Management (Changeman, Endevor).
• 3+ years of full stack development using Core Java, Spring Frameworks, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• 3+ years of experience with RESTful/SOAP web services and Agile/Kanban methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with SDLC tools including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven, Harness, or Gradle.
• 2+ years of experience with Microservices, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), and Cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of RDBMS experience using Oracle DB.
• 1+ years of experience with MongoDB.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, or Trading applications.
