Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on IBM Mainframe platforms.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and implement mainframe applications.
• Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and support application releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.
• Follow SDLC processes and coding standards.

• Strong experience in Mainframe Development
• COBOL
• JCL
• DB2
• CICS
• z/OS
• Batch and online processing
• Production support and debugging
• Mainframe application development and maintenance
• Good understanding of SDLC / Agile methodologies
