Description

You will develop, maintain, and support complex mainframe applications for banking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document COBOL programs within CICS/VSAM/JCL environments.
• Translate high-level design specifications into functional code and custom application features.
• Collaborate with Architects and Subject Matter Experts to define and drive solution outcomes.
• Create technical estimates and support production deployments and incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex banking applications, such as credit card processing systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Deep knowledge of the VisionPLUS product and CMS module.
• Experience solving medium to high-complexity technical problems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to VMx or WINGSFM systems.
• Experience serving as a technical lead for small to medium-sized projects.
