Description

You will develop and maintain mainframe applications throughout the full systems life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and implement application software within budget and project timelines.
• Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with customers and business analysts.
• Recommend new code development or the reuse of existing code in NATURAL and COBOL.
• Align technical solutions with organizational architectural standards and IT strategies.
• Support and maintain existing applications to ensure continued operational stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming or systems analysis experience.
• Proficiency in COBOL and NATURAL programming.
• Experience using JCL and IBM utilities.
• Strong systems analysis and design capabilities.
• Understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
• Experience managing the full systems life cycle.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
