You will develop and maintain mission-critical mainframe applications. Responsibilities Analyze user requirements to develop software solutions. Build scalable applications in collaboration with other developers. Ensure all software meets performance and security requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems. Write technical documentation and research new development trends. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in mainframe development. Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2. Experience with z/OS, z/VM, z/Linux, and IBM System z. Knowledge of mainframe software development tools and platforms. Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
