Description

Develop, test, and deploy mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IMS segments and DB2 objects to create detailed technical designs.
• Develop, unit test, and deploy code using JCL, COBOL, and SQL.
• Lead junior developers and participate in end-to-end field mapping.
• Maintain code versioning and deployment pipelines using Endever, File-AID, and CA-7.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with IBM Mainframe technologies: JCL, COBOL, SQL, DB2, and IMS.
• Proficiency with Endever, File-AID, and CA-7.
• Experience with INSYNC, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to independently analyze complex DB2 and IMS structures.
• AI awareness with practical experience using GitHub Copilot or VSCode.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kafka and RESTful APIs.
