Description

You will develop technical solutions for Civil Case Management and Judiciary applications, implementing business and system requirements through code and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new or modified programs based on provided technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing and participate in usability testing with end users.
• Create and maintain supportive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel to ensure requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL coding, testing, and debugging.
• 5+ years of experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS).
• 5+ years of experience with CICS coding, testing, and debugging.
• 5+ years of experience with IBM DB2, including Stored Procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in usability testing and system testing.
• 5+ years of experience developing technical documentation.
• 5+ years of overall technical and IT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IDMS to DB2 data conversions.
• Experience with IDMS/DC to CICS conversions.
