Description

Own the full development lifecycle for the Criminal Case Management system and related Judiciary applications, from requirements analysis to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to design and deliver new or modified programs.
• Perform analysis, design, coding, and component assembly testing for application code.
• Execute maintenance activities, including production support and enhancement development.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in system and usability testing with users.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of development experience in mainframe environments.
• Hands-on proficiency in COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
• Strong experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS).
• Expertise in coding complex DB2 Stored Procedures.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with APPC/LU 6.2 or MQ Programming in COBOL-CICS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
