Description

You will be a Mainframe Developer focused on maintaining and enhancing core financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL and related mainframe technologies.
• Manage and execute jobs using JCL within the IBM Z-Server environment.
• Write and optimize SQL queries interacting with DB2 and Oracle databases.
• Support and troubleshoot complex production issues in financial systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years in a Lead Developer or Development Manager capacity.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with CA Gen and Classic ASP (VBScript/JScript).
• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Solid knowledge of COBOL, CICS, and JCL.
• Experience with IBM Z-Server.
• Experience with DB2 and Oracle Databases.
• Familiarity with CA Gen workstation toolset and Com Proxy service.
