Description

You will develop, maintain, and support mainframe applications in a high-availability environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
• Provide support for batch and online processing systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of hands-on Mainframe development experience.
• Expertise in COBOL.
• Proficiency with RACF or DBA.
• Working knowledge of CICS and DB2.
• Ability to work during US Business Hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RACF security administration.
• DBA experience in a mainframe environment.
• Knowledge of REXX scripting.
