Description

You will develop, debug, and maintain mainframe applications within a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mainframe applications to ensure operational stability.
• Maintain code integrity throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Manage application workflows using CA7 and Changeman/Endevor suites.
• Apply agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe application development.
• Proficiency in IBM-Z/OS COBOL.
• Hands-on experience with CICS and IMS DB/DC.
• Working knowledge of DB2 and VSAM.
• Expertise in JCL and CA7.
• Experience with Changeman/Endevor mainframe application development suites.
• Proficiency with IBM WebSphere MQ messaging solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and software security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating APIs using z/OS Connect and Kafka integration.
• Knowledge of AWS, cloud technologies, or Java.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and banking/credit card domains.
