Description

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot mainframe applications and system components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test code for mainframe-based technical products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple application components.
• Collaborate with the development team to maintain system integrity.
• Manage technical support for various mainframe utilities and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with mainframe systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in COBOL, IMS, and DB2.
• Experience with mainframe utilities: File-Aid, Expeditor, SORT, REXX, and SAS.
• Competency in Python, Java, or Unix Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of CICS web services and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud technologies.
