Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise-level mainframe applications within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support mainframe applications using COBOL and DB2.
• Manage data structures and files using VSAM and JCL.
• Implement messaging solutions via MQ.
• Analyze complex system requirements to deliver technical solutions.
• Contribute to all stages of the SDLC within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with DB2 and VSAM.
• Hands-on use of JCL and MQ.
• Working knowledge of CICS.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REXX and SAS.
• Knowledge of batch processing and cloud exposure.
