Description

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications for mainframe systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain code to ensure proper application functioning.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot multiple components within technical products and systems.
• Manage data and processes using IMS and DB2.
• Collaborate with other developers to maintain system integrity.
• Work with REST APIs and CICS web services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with mainframe systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with IMS and DB2 databases.
• Knowledge of mainframe utilities including File-Aid, Expeditor, SORT, REXX, and SAS.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, or Unix Shell Scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud technologies.
