Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications on the mainframe.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise applications using COBOL and DB2.
• Manage data structures and file processing with VSAM and JCL.
• Implement messaging solutions via MQ and integrate services through CICS.
• Execute all stages of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Communicate complex quantitative analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with DB2.
• Hands-on expertise with JCL.
• Working knowledge of MQ.
• Experience with CICS.
• Proficiency with VSAM.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REXX, SAS, or batch processing.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies.
