You will develop and maintain mainframe applications independently.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications within the mainframe ecosystem.
• Adapt to and understand AI automation within development and testing lifecycles.
• Collaborate effectively in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, MQ, VSAM, and Db2.
• Deep knowledge of the Mainframe ecosystem and related processes.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain mainframe applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work as an individual contributor with minimal team support.
