Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the mainframe platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL.
• Manage and write JCL scripts for batch processing jobs.
• Implement IMS database concepts, including IMS/DB and IMS/DC.
• Utilize CICS functionalities for transaction processing.
• Perform basic mainframe system administration tasks, including data set management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL.
• In-depth knowledge of z/OS.
• Expertise in IMS database concepts (IMS/DB, IMS/DC).
• Thorough understanding of CICS programming interfaces.
• Ability to write and manage JCL scripts.
• Basic understanding of mainframe system administration.
