Description

You will develop and maintain core mainframe applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage batch processing scripts using JCL.
• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL.
• Work with IMS Database and IMS/DC CICS environments.
• Manage dataset operations and security tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL.
• In-depth understanding of IMS Database.
• Expertise in IMS/DB and IMS/DC CICS.
• Strong understanding of transaction processing and programming interfaces.
• Proficiency with JCL for batch processing.
• Basic knowledge of mainframe dataset management and security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe security tasks.
