Description

Lead application migration projects and architect DevOps pipelines for modernizing mainframe environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect DevOps pipelines using Git, IBM DBB, and automated deployment tools.
• Guide clients through conversion processes with hands-on migration support.
• Assess legacy workflows and design migration strategies to modern SCM solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot DBB, GIT, and IDD on mainframe systems.
• Conduct technical training and develop documentation for knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development or system programming on IBM z/OS and USS.
• Proven expertise with CA-Endevor, IBM DBB, GIT, and IDD.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as YAML and Groovy.
• Ability to analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications and migration processes.
• Experience with pipeline debugging and branch management.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
