Description

You will design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines for IBM Z environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain DevOps pipelines for IBM Z environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, and migration of IBM z/OS and USS systems.
• Develop automation scripts using Groovy and YAML.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
• Troubleshoot and debug pipeline failures and build issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development or system programming on IBM Z.
• Proven experience with IBM z/OS and USS environments, including installation and migration.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, YAML, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps products: IDz, DBB, Git, IBM Wazi Deploy, IDD, Artifactory, ADDI, zD&T.
• Strong knowledge of the IBM Z software stack: DBB, COBOL, CICS, PL/I, JCL, VSAM/QSAM, DB2.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate education.
