Description

8+ years of Mainframe development, SCM, DevOps, or modernization experience.

Strong experience with Broadcom Endevor administration and migration activities.

Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar Git repositories.

Experience with IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB).

Experience with IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz).

Strong scripting experience in REXX and Groovy.

Experience with Jenkins Pipeline development and CI/CD implementation.

Hands-on knowledge of YAML and Shell scripting (USS/Linux).

Strong understanding of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, and z/OS environments.

Experience with USS (Unix System Services) and Git integration on z/OS.

Knowledge of source code management, release management, and DevOps practices.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualification

Experience with Endevor to Git migration projects.

Experience with IBM Dependency Discovery (IDD) or application discovery tools.

Knowledge of Python, Java, and REST API integrations.

Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, UrbanCode Deploy (UCD), or similar deployment tools.

Experience in Mainframe modernization and DevOps transformation initiatives.

Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail domains.

IBM Mainframe, DevOps, or Agile certifications preferred.
