Description

You will own the modernization of mainframe CI/CD pipelines and release management. You will bridge legacy z/OS environments with modern Git-based DevOps practices.

8+ years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and migrate Broadcom Endevor to Git-based source control.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines and IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB) configurations.
• Script automation using REXX, Groovy, YAML, and Shell (USS/Linux).
• Integrate z/OS systems with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repositories.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of mainframe development, SCM, or DevOps experience.
• Strong administration of Broadcom Endevor and migration activities.
• Hands-on experience with Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Proficiency in IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB) and IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz).
• Advanced scripting in REXX and Groovy.
• Experience with Jenkins Pipeline development and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong understanding of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Dependency Discovery (IDD) or application discovery tools.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or UrbanCode Deploy (UCD).
