Lead the migration of legacy CA-Endevor SCM workflows to modern Git/DBB/IDD solutions on IBM z/OS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement DevOps pipelines using Git, IBM DBB, and automated deployment tools.
• Assess current legacy SCM workflows and design a strategic migration path to Git with IBM DBB.
• Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems.
• Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications while troubleshooting Git/DBB/IDD-related issues.
• Conduct customer training sessions and document migration processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Systems Programmer or similar application development role.
• Proven experience with IBM z/OS and USS environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Git, including branching, repositories, and pipeline debugging.
• Strong background in DBB (DevOps Build Broker) and IDD/Wazi deployment.
• Scripting skills in YAML and Groovy.
• Ability to articulate the Git/DBB lifecycle and provide technical training.
• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience with clear communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mainframe modernization and change management.
• Hands-on experience preparing and delivering technical presentations.
