Description

You will manage Endevor administrative activities, maintenance, and source management to support the mainframe development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage application source functions, including parallel development, version control, and promotion through System Test, Pre-production, and Production environments.
• Automate Endevor processes such as auto shipment, auto archiving, auto deployment, and auto binds using REXX.
• Configure and maintain Endevor processor groups, Exits, and access via ACF rules.
• Coordinate release deployment cycles, including monthly, mid-month, and emergency maintenance fixes.
• Provide developer support, training, and 24x7 off-shore on-call coverage for priority change requests.
• Administer JemCheck and JobScan utilities for automated JCL syntax checking and compliance.
• Monitor library space, manage backups, and execute compression utilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe administration.
• Expertise in Endevor and Easy Edit.
• Proficiency in REXX for automation.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Working knowledge of CICS, IMS, and PSB.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF and Batch scheduling.
• Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Any Graduate degree.
